On Mon\u00adday, July 7, 2014, the Chi\u00adnese joint ven\u00adture BBAC of DAIMLER AG held its sup\u00adplier day in Bei\u00adjing under the motto \u00bbBBAC IS READY\u00ab.
\n\u00bbBBAC IS READY\u00ab is the core state\u00adment of BBAC regar\u00adding its mar\u00adket pre\u00adsence in China with regard to the pro\u00adduct port\u00adfo\u00adlio, pro\u00adduc\u00adtion and dis\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtion of Mer\u00adce\u00addes Benz automobiles.<\/p>\n

This year, the enorm\u00adous pro\u00adgress in the stra\u00adte\u00adgic posi\u00adtio\u00adning of the Mer\u00adce\u00addes Benz brand as a pre\u00admium manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer on the Chi\u00adnese mar\u00adket and the expan\u00adsion of the plant in Bei\u00adjing were taken as an oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to pre\u00adsent the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and expan\u00adsion and to award part\u00adners and sup\u00adpli\u00aders who have con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adted to this expan\u00adsion as \u00bbOut\u00adstan\u00adding Suppliers\u00ab.<\/p>\n

A core pro\u00adject in the expan\u00adsion of the joint ven\u00adture is the loca\u00adliza\u00adtion of engine pro\u00adduc\u00adtion in the com\u00adpany\u2019s own BBAC engine plant in Beijing.
\nFor this engine plant, various equip\u00adment packa\u00adges were allo\u00adca\u00adted so cal\u00adled gene\u00adral con\u00adtrac\u00adtors. For the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion of the main com\u00adpon\u00adents of the engi\u00adnes \u2013 block, head and cranks\u00adhaft \u2013 the Chem\u00adnitz machine tool com\u00adpany NILES-SIMMONS Indus\u00adtrie\u00adan\u00adla\u00adgen GmbH was able to imple\u00adment the order for the turn\u00adkey deli\u00advery of the cranks\u00adhaft line. On 18 Novem\u00adber 2013, the engine plant was offi\u00adci\u00adally inaugurated.<\/p>\n

NILES-SIMMONS was awarded as \u00ab Out\u00adstan\u00adding Sup\u00adplier\u00ab as a result of the fast imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of this com\u00adplex task and the rapid achie\u00adve\u00adment of the full pro\u00adduc\u00adtion capa\u00adcity of the cranks\u00adhaft plant. This reco\u00adgni\u00adtion is a great honour for the Saxon machine tool manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar because only two for\u00adeign com\u00adpa\u00adnies were hono\u00adu\u00adred by the awarded sup\u00adpli\u00aders, most of whom were Tier one sup\u00adpli\u00aders for vehicle production.<\/p>\n

In the eulogy of Dr. Mar\u00adkus Kei\u00adcher, Gene\u00adral Mana\u00adger BBAC Engine Plant, was espe\u00adci\u00adally app\u00adre\u00adcia\u00adted the suc\u00adcessful instal\u00adla\u00adtion and trans\u00adfer of the plant into pro\u00adduc\u00adtion. With this refe\u00adrence, NILES-SIMMONS can fur\u00adther expand its mar\u00adket posi\u00adtion as a sup\u00adplier of com\u00adplete pro\u00adduc\u00adtion plants and is recom\u00admen\u00added for fur\u00adther new projects.<\/p>\n
