AMB Stuttgart 2024

the time has come again and the AMB opens its doors at 「Messe Stutt­gart」 from 10th to 14th Sep­tem­ber 2024 .

We will also be there again and look for­ward to wel­co­ming you in Hall 4 at Stand B11.

This year we will focus on our mul­ti­func­tional and high-pre­cis­ion urning-mil­ling machi­ning cen­ters of the MC series of the NILES-SIMMONS brand. With our exhi­bi­tion machine N20MC we will demons­trate live the high tech­no­lo­gi­cal diver­sity and machi­ning pos­si­bi­li­ties of our MCs.

Exhibit Turning-Milling Machining Center N20MC

The NILES-SIMMONS CNC turn-mill machi­ning cen­ters of the MC series are based on a pro­ven incli­ned-bed machine con­cept and are available in the sizes N20MC to N60MC. The high and mul­ti­func­tional per­for­mance spec­trum of the machi­ning cen­ters enables the eco­no­mical, fle­xi­ble and high pre­cise com­plete machi­ning of rota­tio­nally sym­me­tri­cal work­pie­ces in one setup (clo­sed-door machi­ning).

At this year’s trade fair stand, we will be pre­sen­ting the exten­sive pos­si­bi­li­ties of our N20 MC with an attrac­tive refe­rence work­piece, which includes various tech­no­logy inte­gra­ti­ons such as bevel and her­ring­bone gear cut­ting, 5‑axis mil­ling, power ski­ving and engra­ving. Virtual presentation of the newly developed vertical turning center DZS »Statormaker«

The ver­ti­cal tur­ning cen­ter of the DZS series of our RASOMA brand machi­nes pot-shaped and tubu­lar, thin-wal­led work­pie­ces. We also refer to this machine as a »sta­tor maker«, as it also spe­ci­fi­cally machi­nes all known types of sta­tor housings for the e‑mobility sector.

Newly developed condition monitoring software ironMIND – KNOW YOUR MACHINE

Our in-house soft­ware and ser­vice tool »iron­MIND – Know your Machine« pro­vi­des you with an instru­ment that gives a detailed pic­ture of the con­di­tion, mecha­nics, con­trol sys­tem and peri­pherals of your machine as well as moni­tors seve­ral machi­nes in auto­ma­ted ope­ra­tion (e.g. in pro­duc­tion lines). In addi­tion, all data is dis­played cle­arly and the ope­ra­tor is sup­ported by an intui­tive con­trol inter­face design.
