Tog­e­ther with our cus­to­mers, we deve­lop cus­to­mi­zed and cost-effec­tive manu­fac­tu­ring solu­ti­ons for a wide variety of work­pie­ces. The focus is not only on redu­cing direct manu­fac­tu­ring costs but also on sus­tain­ably lowe­ring indi­rect costs—for exam­ple, through lower energy and uti­lity con­sump­tion as well as opti­mi­zed manu­fac­tu­ring processes.

Depen­ding on the requi­re­ments, hori­zon­tal CNC lathes in 2- or 4‑axis con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons as well as TURN-MILL machi­ning cen­ters from NILES-SIMMONS are used. Thanks to their modu­lar design and the exten­sive pos­si­bi­li­ties for inte­gra­ting a wide variety of machi­ning tech­no­lo­gies, the machi­nes can be pre­cis­ely con­fi­gu­red for the respec­tive manu­fac­tu­ring tasks. This enables us to meet even com­plex and cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic requi­re­ments with the hig­hest pre­cis­ion, pro­duc­ti­vity, and pro­cess reliability.
