This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is acquired without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

The conversation is terminated, when it can be inferred form the circumstances that the relevant facts have been resolved. The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after seven days at the latest.

The user has the possibility to change his consent for the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e‑mail, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such case, the conversation can not be continued. The objection can be made according to the user’s choice using the contact data given under I. above. In this case, all personal data stored during the contact process will be deleted.
