These days, we keep our fin­gers crossed for ten young peo­ple and the upco­ming end of their app­ren­ti­ce­ship trai­ning pro­gram­mes! This includes of course their tho­rough pre­pa­ra­tion for the final prac­ti­cal exami­na­tion in the pro­fes­si­ons mecha­tro­nics engi­neer, elec­tro­nics tech­ni­cian, cut­ting machine ope­ra­tor, con­s­truc­tion mecha­nics and indus­trial mecha­nics.  Also, we are glad that nine of our soon to be gra­dua­tes deci­ded to con­ti­nue their career paths with us. A look behind the sce­nes: Our cus­to­mer Daim­ler Truck recei­ves our newly deve­lo­ped NILES-SIMMONS N40 MC tur­ning-mil­ling machi­ning cen­ter for the machi­ning of rear axle housings. Key facts of the machine – Nomi­nal length 3,500 mm – High-pre­cis­ion and highly effi­ci­ent tur­ning-mil­ling unit – State-of-the-art main and coun­ter spindle unit – Spe­cial clam­ping unit for radial work­piece clam­ping + 2 ste­ady rests   Many gree­tings to Kas­sel and have fun with the machine.

The goal was film­ing for the docu­men­ta­tion of the estab­lished part­ner­ship. After a long absence from the trade fair due to the pan­de­mic, we are retur­ning this year to the pro­ven and estab­lished mee­ting place for the mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring indus­try and are plea­sed to be pre­sent at this year’s AMB in Stutt­gart from Sep­tem­ber 13 – 17 and to once again be able to talk per­so­nally with our cus­to­mers and inte­res­ted par­ties on site.
