Our spring 2021 graduates – excellent!

During this spring, we were able to support two of our dual undergraduates towards their final academic degree and we are more than happy that both decided to stick with our company.

We are pleased to congratulate Maxi Klausnitzer for her very successful final degree within our cooperative engineering study program. Her final thesis not only has been assessed with the highest possible grade 1.0 but was also honored with the renowned Gerhard-Neumann award by Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.

Maxi is enhancing our team production planning and control. Her findings concerning the economical and technological issues towards the introduction of a software-based tool-management will help ensure our future abilities and economic efficiency towards a digital tool management.

In addition, we congratulate Marcel Naumann to his master‘s degree in mechanical engineering also at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.

Marcel is happy to stay with his team in project technology.

“My work within our production engineering department offers numerous possibilities to apply the skills acquired during my engineering studies. Especially the work with vertical turning machines and five-axis-machining centers of the NMILL and NMILL‑T series offer a manifold and fascinating field of activities. These are a perfect match for my interest in five-axis machining centres. Also, I am convinced with the very good personal, professional and entrepreneurial development opportunities NILES has to offer.”

We are very much looking forward to the continued cooperation and we wish the both of them best of luck for their next steps towards the future careers.
