Whistleblower Policy

Adherence to legal statuses, as well as environmental and social regulations, is a top priority for the NSH group. Our company’s success is based on both integrity and compliance. To meet these requirements, it is important to find and prevent potential misconduct. The NSH group’s whistleblower system makes it possible to report potential misconduct.

We carefully examine every report and follow up systematically. We also ensure to the greatest extent possible the anonymity of those filing reports, concerned parties, and employees involved in any investigation of potential misconduct. Retaliation against whistleblowers or any employees who contribute to the promotion of ethical conduct at the NSH will not be tolerated. For the individuals concerned, the presumption of innocence will apply until evidence of a violation is found. Investigations will be performed in as confidential a manner as possible. Information will be handled fairly, quickly, and securely.
